For more than 150 years, the Boston Police Relief Association has been committed to supporting Boston Police officers and their families while maintaining a strong connection with the community they serve.

We envision a strong and supportive relationship between Boston Police officers, their families, and the Boston community.
Through compassion, understanding, and community involvement, BPRA works to strengthen the bonds between those who serve and the people they protect. We believe that honoring the dedication and sacrifice of Boston Police officers also means standing beside their families and ensuring they have support during life's most difficult moments.
Our Mission
The mission of the Boston Police Relief Association is to provide support and relief to the men and women of the Boston Police Department and their families during times of hardship, illness, disability, and loss.
Since 1871, BPRA has stood behind Boston Police families when they need assistance most. We are equally committed to honoring the service and sacrifice of our members and continuing our longstanding tradition of involvement in the Boston community.
